Prawn and Chorizo tagliatelle

Prawn and Chorizo tagliatelle pasta

ingredients (serves 1)

tagliatelle pasta
4 king prawns
5 slices of chorizo
3 sun-dried tomatoes
4 cherry tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp smoked paprika
2tbsp olive oil


  1. Start by bringing a pan of salted water to a boil and add in your tagliatelle (cook based on packets instructions) 
  2. Cut your chorizo into even-sized pieces, then heat a frying pan with 2tsp of oil. Start by frying your prawns and chorizo.
  3. After 2-3 minutes, finely chop your garlic and slice your cherry tomatoes in half. Add the garlic into the pan, cook it off for 1 minute, then add your cherry and sun-dried tomatoes. 
  4. Pour a ladle of water into the pan and cover it with a lid to steam the tomatoes. 
  5. Finish off by adding your pasta to the pan with 2 tsp olive oil and a tsp of smoked paprika. Mix it all and serve. Finish off with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
