ingredients (serves 4)

4 small tart cases

100 ml caramel sauce

10 ml bourbon

1 whole banana

100 ml double cream

30g icing sugar

Add mint & melted chocolate for added flavour


1. Start off by baking your tart cases (if required) next copy our amazing caramel sauce recipe adding in your bourbon at the end allow to cool slightly then add your caramel sauce into your tart cases around a £1 coins depth

2. Next slice your banana into little disks and place them on top of the caramel sauce allow the tarts to set in the fridge for a minimum of 15 minutes

3.In a bowl you need to make your Chantilly Cream, start by whipping your cream half way through adding in around 25g icing sugar (and a touch of vanilla past if you like) until it forms stiff peaks once ready transfer into your piping bag and pipe the cream onto your banoffee pie

4.To finish melt some chocolate and lightly drizzle a small amount over the top and dust with icing sugar
